Position Overview:
Al Hilal Industrial Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee GRP/SMC composite manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining operational efficiency, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily GRP/SMC production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Oversee the operation and performance of GRP/SMC press machines and related equipment.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow to optimize productivity.
Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures and good manufacturing practices.
Identify production issues, troubleshoot operational problems, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production records, prepare reports, and monitor key performance indicators.
Lead and guide production staff to maintain discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
Experience in GRP/SMC composite manufacturing and press machine operations is preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing standards.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and improve operational efficiency.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
