Al Hilal rigid uPVC Electrical Conduit Pipes give electrical, power and communication cables a safe, protected pathway. Extruded in Oman from controlled PVC-U compound, they combine mechanical strength, electrical insulation and corrosion resistance in a lightweight pipe that is quick to cut, bend and install.
Available in 19mm to 63 mm, in Light, Medium and Heavy Duty wall options, in standard 3 m lengths, in white (RAL 9016) or black (RAL 9005) – suited to concealed, surface and concrete-embedded installations and, where the duty class permits, protected underground runs.
Al Hilal uPVC Electrical Conduit Pipes are rigid, non-metallic conduits that protect electrical wiring, power cables and telecommunication or data cables from mechanical damage, accidental impact, moisture, dust, corrosive environments and many common chemicals. The conduit also gives an organised route that makes cable installation, maintenance and future replacement easier.
Manufactured in Oman by Al Hilal Plastic Industries LLC on automated extrusion lines, each conduit is formed through a precision die, vacuum-calibrated for diameter and roundness, water-cooled, continuously printed, cut to length and inspected before bundling. Raw material, in-process and finished-product checks are recorded by batch for full traceability.
The range is produced in Light, Medium and Heavy Duty wall thicknesses and is made in accordance with the requirements of BS EN IEC 61386-21 (rigid conduit systems) and the general requirements of BS EN 61386-1. Compatible fittings, boxes and solvent-cement jointing complete the system. Suitability of a given duty class for direct burial, exposed outdoor use or other demanding conditions should be confirmed against the project specification. Manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
