Al Hilal uPVC High Pressure Pipes are made in Oman for the controlled conveyance of water and other approved fluids under pressure. Manufactured from a controlled PVC-U compound, they combine high mechanical strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and a smooth bore for efficient flow.
Available from 1/2 to 10 inch in standard 6 m lengths, in grey, dark grey and white, and produced to BS 3505, BS EN ISO 1452-2, ASTM D1785 and DIN 8061/8062 – suited to water distribution, irrigation, industrial and building services.
Al Hilal uPVC (PVC-U) High Pressure Pipes are engineered for the controlled conveyance of water and other approved fluids under pressure in municipal, building, agricultural and industrial systems. Manufactured in Oman by Al Hilal Plastic Industries LLC from a controlled PVC-U compound, the pipes combine mechanical strength with low weight, corrosion resistance and a smooth internal surface that keeps friction losses low.
Every pipe is produced by extrusion with in-process control of outside diameter, wall thickness, ovality, length and socket geometry, then inspected and tested before dispatch. Pipes carry identification marking, and batch records run from raw material receipt to finished goods, so material test certificates can be provided with deliveries.
The range is offered in four dimensional standards so it can be matched to existing specifications and fittings. Pipes are supplied in standard 6 m lengths in grey, dark grey and white, and are jointed by solvent-cement sockets, with elastomeric-ring joints where approved. Pressure ratings are referenced at 20°C and must be derated at higher temperatures. Manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
